I love this! Well done. Have you arranged your actors yet? If so, make sure that you get them a script as early as you can - learning lines will take a while (and you'll have to be a bit of a taskmaster to ensure that they do it in advance of the filming!). You might also want to consider building in some time to rehearse them before you start shooting.
I am in the process of getting all of my actors, what I plan to do is send them the script with their parts highlighted so they can know what lines they are saying prior to filming. I am also going to be doing trial runs before actually filming especially with the scenes than contain more than one character. I tried this yesterday with one of my actors and we experimented with making different verbal cues like snapping fingers or claps to tell her to do certain movements and scenes.
